Autorenportrait

Lin Li is Director as well as a researcher and tutor at the Institute of Law, CASS. His major research areas are Jurisprudence, Legislation, Constitutional Law, and Comparative Law, especially theory of Human Rights and Rule of Law, Theory of Constitutionalism and Democracy. He has published over 160 articles, and submitted more than 60 confidential research reports. He Tian is a researcher at the Institute of Law, CASS as well as an editor of Annual Reports on China's Rule of Law (Blue Books of Rule of Law), which features a well-known series of reports on the assessment of indices of rule of law, and analyzes various hot issues in the relevant fields of the rule of laws in China yearly.
