'Comparing Constitutional Developments: Italy 1947 - Germany 1949 - Spain 1978' This publication contains contributions of legal experts regarding the constitutional developments in Germany, Italy and Spain at a conference in Berlin in April 2019 on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the German Basic Law. The objective was to take a closer comparative look at various essential issues, especially under the increasing influence of the law of the European Union and the European Convention on Human Rights.
