Benefits of exercise in general population, have been studied, but there is paucity of research to understand how exercise can benefits the mentally Challenged. Research focusing on such groups would not only benefit the mentally Challenged population but to all who take care of them. The purpose of the present study was to evaluate the effects of an 10 week physical education training program on Mentally Challenged Children
