Amaro Fernandes Ribeiro (LL.M.) was born in Brazil, where he received his Bachelor of Laws degree and was admitted to the Brazilian bar in 2006. In Germany, he attended the Master´s Program "European and International Law" at Europa-Institut of Saarland University, obtaining the degree of Master of Laws in International Dispute Resolution.
