Dr. Tim Reichel, Jahrgang 1988, ist Autor, Wissenschaftler und Unternehmer. Nach dem Abitur studierte er Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen an der RWTH Aachen und ist anschließend zur Promotion an der Uni geblieben. Dort betreut er seitdem industrienahe Forschungsprojekte und beschäftigt sich mit den Themen Nachhaltigkeit und Ressourceneffizienz. Seit acht Jahren arbeitet er als Fachstudienberater und Koordinator eines Prüfungsausschusses. Dabei coacht er Studenten, berät bei Schwierigkeiten im Studium, schreibt Prüfungsordnungen und begleitet zudem Akkreditierungsverfahren (Letzteres ist sehr, sehr langweilig). Im Juni 2014 gründete er die Plattform studienscheiss.de. Mit dieser Webseite hilft er deutschlandweit tausenden Studenten und Bildungsinteressierten dabei, glücklich und erfolgreich zu studieren, um in der späteren Berufswelt zurechtzukommen. Im Jahr 2016 wurde aus dem Start-up ein unabhängiger, kleiner Verlag. In seinem Blog veröffentlicht er regelmäßig Artikel zu den Themen Zeitmanagement, Motivation und Persönlichkeitsentwicklung. Dort gibt er auch Tipps, wie man den stressigen Alltag in den Griff bekommen und sein Leben proaktiv gestalten kann.
