The book covers a variety of selected examples from the postmodernist novel of Azerbaijan and Turkey. In comparison with European and American literature leads to the emergence of serious, similar and different populations. The concept of aesthetics, entertainment, publicity and elite, social function have been studied for the first time on the basis of the postmodern genre of Turkey, Azerbaijan and the world. A literary critic Ulvi Babasoy was born in Azerbaijan's city of Shusha. As a senior lecturer at the Department of Azerbaijani Language and Literature at Baku Engineering University he delivers lectures on Azerbaijan and world literature.
