The book covers a variety of selected examples from the postmodernist novel of Azerbaijan and Turkey. In comparison with European and American literature leads to the emergence of serious, similar and different populations. A literary critic Ulvi Babasoy was born in Azerbaijan's city of Shusha. As a senior lecturer at the Department of Azerbaijani Language and Literature at Baku Engineering University he delivers lectures on Azerbaijan and world literature.
