Dr. Marc-Wilhelm Kohfink, Berlin, ist Sozialwissenschaftler und Wirtschaftsjournalist und seit 1999 Stadtbienenhalter. Seit 2007 hat er eine zertifizierte Bioland-Imkerei. In seinem Betrieb bildet er in Kursen jedes Jahr rund 20 Stadtimker aus.
